First issue, is the reminders about dont do this, dont do that. Your down payment will not be returned.
Second is NOT SAFE the door dont lock, so anyone can at anytime break in.
Third although is nice is very humid, thick and hard to breath air.
Fourth, I didnt like the fact that there is an envelope to leave tips for the person that clean the house, yet how are you going to rent a place without cleaning it? Does the cleaning personnel doesnt get paid? Just works for the tips? How about all those signs about cleaning or you will not get your deposit back? This what annoyed me the most.
Has a jacuzzi but the floor are slippery.
If this person updates this places and gives it a good maintenance this can be a great place to stay.
