Hello Ms. Lord,Thank you for your kind review. We're proud of our community, grassy areas, and wooded backdrop. We've lived here for six years, and when my wife and I drive down our small street, we still can't help but smile. The folks who built Cobblestone Village put a great deal of thought and energy into landscape design and providing privacy for each of the 28 single-family homes on our street. Even the lighting in the evening is special. Fortunately, since day one, our board has followed the builders' lead by constantly improving the landscaping. The community is only six years old; every season, the landscaping matures further, and the cul-de-sac grows more lovely. Undoubtedly, all the kudos for maintaining our 55 and over community must go to our hands-on board of directors. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty, putting in so many hours of hard work to not only bring our community together but to do the physical work of enhancing the landscape design. Every spring and fall, there's a call to arms, and all neighbors band together to plant annuals in front of every home and community area.We truly appreciate your recognition of the effort we've put into making Cobblestone Village a premier 55 and over community that is a warm and inviting place to live.
