Thank you to Tom and TDD Earth Tech for the outstanding, fast service at a fair/great price. Had issues that nobody wants to deal with, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Spent 4 hours in the rain digging up the outpipe from house to septic tank, only to find a decayed pipe that was beyond patching. And 10 more feet to uncover to replace. Called 3 companies Monday morning (before 730a) - and Tom from TDD was the only one to get back to me within 1/2 hour. He swung by to check out the issue (on the way to another job. Was at my house by 900 and done before noon. Fully fixed (brand new pipe/snorkle - installed correctly this time). Cleaned up and saved my back from any more shoveling. Pulled in his crew to get parts and prep so he could finish up and move onto his scheduled work. Pleasure to talk to, friendly crew and did a thorough and complete job. I was pleasantly surprised when we settled the bill, lower than expected - amazingly fair and responsive. THANK YOU!

TDD Earth Link replaced my root infested sewer line. They had to remove a tree to do the work. Everything was completed with the utmost respect for my new driveway. The workers were pleasant and friendly. When all was said and done, they covered my entire lawn with loam, grass seed, and lime. I highly recommend this company.
