Been calling for MONTHS to arrange transfer of my firearms there, nothing but vms and no callbacks and I called about 2 weeks ago I was told by two different people they had shipped, I waited nothing called back spoke with dana promised he was all over it, they were not in fact shipped and he would leave a note for a manager with access to call me back. I called again today about 2:03 pm , was told I would get a call back in about 15 mins. 2:56 I called back 3 times got general mailbox every time. Called again 5:52 spoke to someone asked me to hang on, then got hung up on, called back after nothing but voicemail. This review was my last resort, have almost 2k in firearms that I have no idea what's going on with. Next step is the attorney general and the atf complaint dept. I would definitely find somewhere else as this obviously something up with this facility.

VETERANS NOTE:
I asked about any veteran discounts/incentives. I was told no.
I later learned of BLUE LABEL PROGRAMS.
Shooters will not inform you of this.
Consequently I could have done far better elsewhere. A smaller shop had readily available blue label deals. And was happy to present them when I asked about veteran discounts.
So my impression of this supposedly veteran run or ownedbusiness "Shooters"is that they will lie and deceive for the sake of a sale.
Similarly, I wanted to upgrade the sights.
When asked if they installed them; they just wanted to sell me the tools. Fortunately they didn't have them in stock.
That same smaller, more personable shop had them in stock. AND was installed them at no charge. They did however cost me a whole $3.00 more than than best on line price. But wasn't upsold with tools.
Shame on Shooters.

Visited a few gun stores and they are by far the most informative with competitive pricing and have big selection. Ended up buying my first firearm from Chris, he made the process easy and knows firearms and accessories/ammo. Bought ammo, targets, walked the museum, will have to go back to see it all. If I buy another firearm Ill be going back!
