Can't believe this bank is still in business the way employees act and speak to members. Instead of a good morning or hello, its a sigh and a rude comment. Then basically no help at all and very spiteful attitude.

This bank is awful. Calls go to foreign call center then your call back happens when your not available or doesn't happen at all. Branch people refuse to help you out beyond the bare minimum. And the run around and lies that ensue about when things will get done or mailed out is absurd. If you owe them money they make sure you get enough phone calls and e-mail and texts and mail. But when the tables are turned and you need something from them good luck getting any where. Have had a couple of loans here and will never ever do business with this bank again. Ps they now owe me money and a title and. And can't get either from them.

Some people should not be in a customer service role if they fail to talk to customers with respect and care. I am disgusted at the tone and level of disrespect I just received from Shannon. A simple phone call to change payment info should not bring stress and discomfort to a customer. I will not be doing business with this company again after experiencing how that employee handled what should have been a simple phone call.
