Im def not one who has been smoking consistently its only been over the last year or so.. I have been trying different brands there are allot of great brands.. Steve I dont know if you have the holy grail of blending , but I just smoked two of your cigars Sin Comprimiso, and a Sombressa. Wooooow. What amazing flavor and smoothness . These are one of a kind gems Your hard work dedication and passion speak through these cigars I cant wait to get my next order with another one of your sticks that I have not tried yet

I received a box of cigars that had some issues about 2 weeks ago and reached out to let them know. I wasn't looking for anything out of it, was more or less to make them aware of what I hoped was a one QC problem. They asked if I could send some pictured of the issues, so I did. They told me to expect a replacement box which I received 2 days later with an rma label to send my box back with so they could inspect them to better improve their products. This was my first experience with their product and company. I have to say at first I was really disappointed, maybe the hype around Steve caused my expectations to be set to high but after their customer service was fantastic and after trying their cigars its not hype, they have such a unique flavor. Their cigars are amazing and the customer service they provided me was top tier. They will have a life long customer now.
