        I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with SERVEPRO of Nashua and to send my thanks for the help my wife and I received. We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom that flooded the upstairs bathroom and closet, the garage below, and even sent some water down walls into the basement. When we found the damage and turned off the water, the house was an absolute mess. Our insurance company contacted SERVEPRO. We have never dealt with this type of situation before. Our first contact was with the team lead, David. He was friendly and helpful, explaining what their services are and how they were going to help with the cleanup. Tyler, Andrew, Lexi, Chris, Dathan and Damon (our SERVEPRO team) were all great and professional. They know what they are doing, and made what was a stressful situation as simple as possible. Thanks to all - your help is much appreciated.

        Had Servpro in for multiple roof leaks in our office last week. From the initial phone call for help, to completion today, their service was nothing less than top notch. Our staff complimented them as well as we did not have to close down, and for what they had to set up around us continually working you could hardly notice anything was happening. Bill, Lexie, Chris R, Damon and all who were here were so gracious, and honestly, hardly noticed as they quietly set up their machinery which really helped to keep us calm! Chris the manager handled everything seamlessly again from the beginning to the end. Thank you Servpro of Hollis!
