She was always on my original page of what I wanted. Reminding me of the top things I needed. Never rushing me or making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Always willing to look at a place or put in an offer. With her support I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I'll always be thankful with the effort she put in for me. I have the home I was looking for. Above and beyond what I thought a realtor would be.

Samantha and her husband Eric are a great team!!! I knew it from our first conversation, they are both very down to earth and easy to talk to. They know the area very well and were able to sell my camp much sooner than I thought. Sam and Eric are both very knowledgeable in their field and always got back to me right away. Charlie was our buyers'-broker on a recent purchase. His attention to detail, use of modern communications (like Docu-Sign), willingness to do the hard work, and the fact that he ALWAYS answers the phone helped our sale close. He knows the area better than anyone in the business. If you need a realtor, this is the gut to start with.

I cannot say enough about Charles Boucher. From our first contact to the closing and Im sure beyond, hes treated us like friends rather than customers. His knowledge of the area and his profession seemed to have no limits. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns. Through it all Charles was friendly and very professional, holding our hands through each step of the process.
