I called to see if they do Adult Baptisms. Which they do... Under their pre tense requirement you become a member of their church As soon as i mentioned on the phone "If 1 is serving our lord Jesus Christ, why should they force someone to become a member of their church? Arent we called as christians to serve our brothers and sisters in need, or our community?" Then the receptionist, wife of the pastor, gives me a snarky "well some people just perfer to do it their own way, for baptism etc" and as i tried interjecting she hurries me off the phone with god bless" Look ALOT OF CHURCHES ARENT TEACHING SOUND DOCTRINE.. Churches are in apostacy nowadays... to basically make joining a church a REQUIREMENT to be baptized is wrong on every level. If I'm a pastor serving the lord, I would never discriminate against someone who feels uncomfortable joing a church in order to baptize them We are called as christians to serve one another, no pre requisites no requirements. That alone makes this church, like many, have a cult like feel and as far as im concerned goes against what jesus taught. Does this church warn its parishoners of the jabs and tests being the mark of the beast? I highly doubt that Point proven But they want me to join their church in order to be baptized? Disgraceful to say the least! Atleast the church in barrington, nh Journey, doesnt REQUIRE you to become a member to get baptized... thats what serving the lord is about. Period. Hogwash. This church only chooses to serve the lord on their terms. Wouldn't call that christlike at all. Good riddance!
