        These folks are terrific! They did all the plumbing for a whole house renovation twenty some years ago, and continue to be our go-to source for anything that even looks like plumbing! Today it was AC service. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable tech came on-time and was completely professional!

        While the individual plumbers are great, the office staff does not respond to email requests and is generally not very helpful/thorough. They asked me to call the town to coordinate a water shut down for their service call. The town showed up, but they didnt. I had a plumber quote me one price. I called the office serveral times and sent emails trying to reconfirm that price with no answer/response. When the bill came, it was 50% higher than what I was initially quoted. I asked for the owner to give me a call and after some prodding on my end, he did. He basically said pay it or dont ever call him again. He said he has more clients than he can handle and he basically couldnt care less if I stayed or went. Services: Shower installation, Plumbing pipe repair
