Sarah is a remarkable realtor. She worked with me for an extended period of time to find just the right house, one I'd been dreaming of living in for 50 years. On a couple of showings, when we left the property, I asked her why she wasn't trying to sell me the house we'd just seen, and she said, "it's close to what you want, but not exactly. You've waited a long time, let's get it right." Holy mackeral, I'd found a realtor who was really looking out for what I wanted. And she knows her stuff--she always asked good questions and frequently identified shortcomings of homes that I would otherwise have missed. I'd happily work with her again except I don't need to: I'm home.

After some life events happened, we found ourselves needing to sell our home. Sarah initially helped us purchase the home, so it was an absolute no-brainer to request her services to sell our house also. She had all her ducks in a row, guided us on market timing, listing information and pricing our home just right. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable about the area, highly responsive, thorough, and shows real expertise in her field. She walked us through everything, answering all of our questions while assisting us in making the most informed decisions we could when selling our house. With the help of Sarah, I just sold my first house. My only other experience was purchasing my own home 25 years ago. I was so relieved to have a Realtor that would keep me informed of new developments / explain those developments / or just contact me to communicate there were no new developments ( she didnt just drop out ).
