Mr. Higgerson was the only listing Broker to effect the sale of StoneMeadow in Barnard Vermont. Without Mr. Rick Higgerson's ethical and professional background the sale may well have never gone through. Mr. Higgerson's expertise and knowledge moved the selling process through some extremely difficult phases and being a rather large sale, he preformed his duties representing the property with incredible expertise and skill. Without Rick and Sotheby's in the wings, this sale may have never gotten off the ground.
