I hired Resolve to help me get money back from a healthcare institution that significantly overcharged me. I tried very hard to handle this myself, but, they would not talk to me or respond in any way. Resolve fought hard for me and obtained a $3092.00 refund amazing!! My Patient Success Specialist, Marty Quantrell was awesome! She was very attentive to me. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Most of all, SHE CARED! Resolve Medical has exceeded my expectations every possible way. Very professional, very knowlegeable and very caring. After waging a losing battle with my insurance company and the medical provider, for what I considered to be excessive excessive charges, it took Resolve about 7 weeks to go through every billing detail with all the parties involved, ultimately reducing my bill by 80%. I am forever grateful and highly recommend their services.
