        Really nice staff and high-quality service. Had a very pleasant cleaning and came back to have a night guard made. Reasonable prices, and excellent accommodations given the current COVID restrictions (temperature taken at the door, PPE, etc.). Can't recommend highly enough.

        I've been seeing Dr. Neal for years and she is always so warm, friendly, funny, and evidently skilled at her craft/science. The work she's done has always been sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. I also had Dr. Wallace recently for an emergency appointment, and he was extremely nice, accommodating, effective, and knowledgeable. What a great team!

        Nice staff but far too expensive for private patients, especially considering the number of dentists in the Hanover-Lebanon area.

        I have been a patient at this practice since the days of Dr. Neal's predecessor, the great Red Logan. Not many could fill his shoes, but Elaine does so admirably, and it looks to me like HER successor, Tanner, is in the superb tradition. I would almost prefer to have NO teeth than to have to find another dental practice.

      Hi Amy! I am sorry you found our fees to be too expensive. I can assure you that we very carefully base our procedure fees on the appropriate materials, equipment, and labor required. In truth, our fees are quite average for the area. Additionally, we make sure all of our patients receive an estimate for any recommended work, as you know. Unfortunately, while we are happy to offer payment plans and treatment options of varying cost, it is not feasible for us to provide 70% discounts on treatment and still provide the quality treatment our patients deserve. I hope you understand why we could not fulfill your request. Best of luck!
