        What an absolute pleasure. Ive always enjoyed shopping at J Crew, however, todays experience was beyond my typical high expectation. Sales team member, Patrick, was accommodating, warm, patient, attentive and personable. He took such time selecting appropriate attire for my upcoming conference and even got me excited about clothing for other upcoming events of mine. Thank you, Patrick! Ill be coming back more because of todays impression. I feel like Ill be very strong in my outfits for a very nerve-wracking week.
