Ive been working out at the APC for almost a year and cant recommend the facility highly enough. The team of trainers is top-notch and Ive watched them customize programs to the needs of all their clients, whether rehabbing from a sports injury, recovering from surgery or sickness, or preparing for a college athletics career. These guys are knowledgeable and helpful and make everyone feel comfortable and encouraged to work to their own potential.

I've been going to APC with Matt for almost 10 years. The equipment is top notch, the space is great, and Matt is fantastic. He's incredibly knowledge and is always willing to help his athletes. Once you go you'll want to keep going back, so if you're thinking about working out at APC or bringing your team; stop thinking and do it.

I came to APC to begin a process of self-care after a decade of minimal physical activity after having kids (and - at best - a sporadic exercise history before that). The team at APC has all been fantastic. They initially perform an assessment to see where you are at and form a unique fitness plan to help you meet your unique goals. As your goals evolve, the plan evolves. Since starting I have taken up tennis again and they have also helped me train to gain more confidence when I ski. In this past year, I increased strength and energy levels and lost some weight, but most importantly have found that this semi-private training approach is something I can stick with and actually look forward to. The trainers provide accountability and expertise so I know that I am doing the right type of movement with the correct form. The APC is excellent for established athletes looking to hone their skills, but it is also amazing for people who are just starting out or starting over on their fitness journey.
