I am so thankful to have worked with Lisa Gates and her team Mary and Emily. I faced many challenges and a serious time crunch during the process of buying our first home, and Lisa went above and beyond for our family. She was always available, informative, and handled any problems that arose immediately, no matter the challenges involved. Lisa took the stress out of everything throughout the whole process, and Im grateful for all of the work she and her team put in for us.

I highly recommend working with Josh. It was so nice to have one person I could reach out to instead of getting spammed by various brokers through one of the big online mortgage brokers. Josh is very responsive at all times and took time to walk me through the mortgage process and answer any questions I had. He was able to quickly provide cost breakdowns and approximate monthly payment etc. for potential properties to help me make informed offers. Once I did find the perfect place, Josh made the process seamless and made it easier to pull together all the documents required to get to closing day. He was also able to find the most favorable rate out there. Im looking forward to working with him again when I can refinance.

Thankfully about 10 years ago I crossed paths with Chad Fletcher for my first house, he has continued to help me and my family grow through our starter home and now into our forever home and small business a Christmas Tree Farm. Blue Water and Chad Fletcher are the best. I had a 20 minute call with Chad, he explained the process, told me what paperwork I would need and provided a secure link for me to applied. I think it was less than a week later he was calling to setup a closing date for my refinance. He got me a great rate. It could not have been any smoother.
