Worst experience. First off, we get there for check-in at 3pm. The front desk no one was there we stood there for 5 minutes. Then the woman tells me my room isnt ready and proceeds to tell me there is only 2 house keepers but that isnt my problem. Then once we came back a second time at almost 4 pm the room still wasnt ready so they switched our suite (if you want to call it that) the pull out bed had a big blood stain that wasnt cleaned. Then when I told the front desk he had an attitude like if I was the issue. Secondly, the doors and walls are paper thin. At 3 am my 11 year old woke me up because there was a group of middle age ADULTS hanging out in the hallway right next to our room being so loud. All I can say is this place is ratchet and so unprofessional. Spend the couple extra dollars and book elsewhere. We tried staying elsewhere but we were here for a AAU tournament and all hotels were booked!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I apologize that your expectations were not met. Realistically waiting 5 minutes anywhere you go in the world is not bad service. People are working hard to get things done answering call, multitasking, tending to in house guest request or possibly going to use the rest room.We gave you an upgrade to the suites at no additional cost and you complain about that as well.You go on to mention a group of middle age adults were running in hallway.. The teens from the group were the ones running in the hallways. We did not get a single call of complaints from you or anyone. I was personally going through all the halls all day & night asking them to please not run.. I did my best. A group of the kids were unsupervised. All the kids were in their rooms by 9 pm.I am sorry you feel the way you do. For the most part I did get alot of positive feedback at check out today.We are a caring team and we put all our efforts in doing all we can to make everyone stay as pleasant as possible..Have a great year..
