Aaron helped me sell my multi-family property in the Seacoast area and I agree with everything Jeanne W says below. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the housing market, in general, and also specifically for multi-family properties. He managed showings to limit the inconvenience to tenants and also provided a lot of guidance for the transition between landlords. He was always available for questions and kept me informed of the process and what would be happening next. I couldn't believe how smooth the transaction was! It can be a stressful experience - moving and selling a house - and I really felt that Aaron managed things in a way that minimized the stress for me.

I have been an Employee of Arron Brown and have assisted in work on his properties for two summers now when I am off from University. What I have seen while working for and with him is that he and in turn Atrio properties truly cares for his tenants and wants to keep the properties in working order, jumping around from one property to another to try to help where he can. Over all I have had absolutely no issues with Atrio Properties.

I worked with Atrio Properties when I located to the Seacoast area. I found Aaron Brown to be both professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market and the area. His assistance and guidance during the search and purchasing process of my house was extremely helpful and he made the process a seamless transaction. Any question or concern I had, he was always readily available to answer my questions and responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely fashion.
