Wow TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. These shoes used to be quality years ago. They are now cheap Chinese JUNK that falls apart after 1-2 wears. Cole Haan will not help fix or replace the issues. Brand new shoes should not be falling apart right out of the box With so many options available I will never buy this junk again

I purchased 4 pairs of sandals that was all on sale on 09-19-22, all at $39.95. I received the shipment on09-21-22. upon receiving it I saw there was a further reduction of $24.95. I called for an adjustment. The message on the phone stated an adjustment can be made once the item is not more than 14 days. Since I just received it I can have the price adjusted, the recording made no mention that it does not apply to final sales. Only to be confronted by the very rude "supervisor " Susan that they cannot do the adjustment, although I tried telling her  less than 14 days and the message stated nothing about final sales. I think this is bait and switch by Cole Haan they do not care about their customers once they already have your money.
