My salesman was great. The car however, has many issues since driving it off the lot. Wi-Fi doesnt work, cannot use my phone via Bluetooth, remote start from the app doesnt work, and it cant always read the street signs. These are known issues for at least 3 yrs and now the part I need is on back order for an unknown amount of time. This car has been a nightmare. As a follow up, I finally got the module installed to fix all of the issues with my car 2 1/2 months after I purchased the vehicle. Could not use the legally required hands free feature in my car and missed out on all my free trials. Was not offered anything to make up for it. Not a detail or car wash, nothing. Disappointing entry into the VW world.

Cam did a great job to get the coverage approved through the extended warranty. What was not impressive was the amount of time it took to get done. 4 hour job turned into 4 days. Thank god for a loaner.

I am always pleased with my service at Seacoast VW. And todays appointment surpassed them all. I needed a new tire today and Chris managed to take care of it last minute on this busy holiday weekend. Highly recommend!
