        Stay away very poor workmanship and dishonest

        We hired ELW to finish up a garage project. They botched the job on the first day. There were numerous deficiencies in workmanship. When I expressed concerns with the quality of work, William White was flippant and unapologetic. He made no attempt to reach a resolution or correct the work. What's even more egregious is that he stonewalled my every attempt at contact after that. He became a ghost. Not returning my calls or emails. 5 months later he picked up shop and closed his office here in Portsmouth. Not only was the work not done well, but William White kept the money he was paid for materials and never provided them. He is not a good man. He is not an honorable man. I discourage anyone from doing business with him. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
