Great service. Fast delivery on designs and process. Very responsive even on weekends Happy to say they did provide some ballpark figures for pricing just to help understand where budgets should be.

The entire team at Septic Designs of NH was phenomenal. They installed a new tank for us, hooking into our existing system for a small cottage we are building. They got it done in record time. From the first communication to the last and everything in between I was so impressed. I really hope I get a chance to work with them again. Dustin and Jason that answered the phones were friendly, competent, and courteous; always seeming to know what was going on. The owner took the time to write back to me about their business process and made sure we were satisfied with their result. The installer, Ryan was amazing as well. The installation part of the company is Rock Solid LLC I believe, and I can't speak highly enough about Rock Solid installations either. First, Ryan fit the job in super quickly. We are trying to get into our new little cabin before Christmas, and them getting this in so quickly will be a huge step toward making it happen. Ryan got the tank in, the inspection done, and made it super easy for us. When we had a concern about the lids being slightly higher (we were worried about a cosmetic issue), he kindly and calmly just took care of it---and it was a lot of extra work he spent to do that. We are so thankful to the team at Septic Designs of NH and Rock Solid. Its a great business, clearly run by a leader who is interested in a 5 star business. I look forward to having the chance to work with you again on another property. Have a wonderful Christmas and we hope your 2024 is fantastic!
