It is a mid-level Marriott of course. Generally clean, nothing was poorly done. But we were not recognized as SPG Titanium members, room was not made up in the morning before our second night, and the coffee was empty downstairs twice when we went down to get a cup. Otherwise fine. Comfortable beds

BEWARE BEDBUGS!! I stayed at this hotel on 3/8/24-3/10/24. After my first evening, I noticed bed bugs. I told the acting manager. She told me that the best they could do was move to me to another room and comp me one night of my 3 night stay. I shared my concern that my clothes and all my luggage may be infested. She then offered me 2 rolls of quarters to do my laundry. I asked if this could be escalated and if anyone else I could speak to. She said she would look into it, but nothing ever became of it. I also asked how they could be sure that my room was the only one infested. No response. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel and as a Lifetime Marriott Platinum Member I have traveled a lot. The level of service and concern for public health and safety was atrocious. I am still awaiting a reply from management.

Upon arrival and inspection of the room, food was found in the linens of the bed indicating it wasnt turned over from the prior guest. Hotel night staffing at 8:30pm wasnt sufficient to handle the issue so we were handed clean sheets and changed both beds ourselves. The hotel did comp one of two nights. Breakfast is mediocre.
Rooms feel a bit dated and the mattresses are very uncomfortable.
Fitness room is very small and the room temp was 77 degrees.
