I need to give Tim Harrigan a shout out. When I retired, I wanted a comprehensive and sound health insurance. I reached out, and met Tim. He sold me a policy which has been reliable. Recently, I ran into some issues with my medical provider. Issues were, my medical provider had claimed they did not receive a check from my health insurance for services rendered. Reaching out to my insurance company, indeed they had sent payment to my medical provider. After much back and forth and going nowhere between medical provider and myself l was getting no where. So, I reached out to Tim, my insurance agent. He worked tirelessly, to assist me with finding resolution. Bottom line, my medical provider had lost insurance check, and found weeks later, so they claim. Tim listened to me, and went to bat for me, arranged conference calls. I truly am grateful for your assistance Tim, not giving up. Without reservation, Tim has been reliable and tenacious with regards to getting to the bottom of my medical providers shortcomings. We went to see Tim Harrigan for medicare information and to get the medi-gap insurance set up. He not explaining everything more clearly than anyone else had, he helped us set everything up. A great experience with a very nice person. Thanks Tim!

Tim Harrigan truly does take the mystery out of medicare. He makes the process easy to understand and is thorough without being pushy. It's difficult enough getting to the point where you need it, the last thing you need is someone creating more anxiety. I felt very informed and happy at the end of our session and I highly recommend Tim for anyone who needs to transition to Medicare.
