        I paid a lot of money to have expensive carpet installed on our 2nd floor and one year later the carpet is falling apart. The carpet was installed in August and the fibers have never stopped pilling. I contacted the shop in Feb. and again in March with no response. I am so disappointed that we paid way too much for a low quality product but I am even more annoyed that the owner of the company doesnt even have the courtesy to respond to my concerns! They wont be getting our business again.

        Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Our carpets were installed on time and they did a great job! Literally went through a snowstorm to get the job done!
