I asked if Ed could paint the trim on my camp and replace rot. It took over 1 year to get the job scheduled. That was okay as I wanted quality.
They sent a subcontractor that had no experience painting. He painted windows half open, painted with screens on and off, placed blue painters tape on a few windows and painted the glass on others. He left wood joints unfilled, some of the trim was only primed. and some windows painted shut. He primed over old cracked paint and painted the same trim over while never painting others. He found rot on the porch and showed it to Ed. I over heard Ed telling him to just paint over it it will hold for a few years.
In the end I called Ed to complain about work. He sent a new team to fix, and finish job then charged me for the subcontractor' s work then again to redo work. I'm still finding and painting pieces of trim that the subcontracter missed. Service: Exterior finishing
