I had a 500 gallon underground oil storage tank removed from my residence. The oil tank had been underground for 40+ years. Before we placed our home on the market for sale, our real estate agent strongly recommended we remove the tank due to possible leakage and environmental issues. The typical buyer might not want to deal with these items as well as potential delays with financing. To complicate matters, the oil tank was buried directly underneath our deck. The supervisor and several technicians came as scheduled, within a few hours the tank was safely removed, completely intact without any puncturing, the big hole was filled and landscaped, and there was not any damage to my deck. Fortunately, there was no leakage. Very satisfied, Great job!
