If you are a parent looking for child care I would go else where. My child along with 3 others that I know of were asked to leave after being told they would work with us. We had been going there since my son was 3 months old and he was 4 when asked to leave. They have a waiting list so they have the ability to get rid of the kids that they feel are "Too much work". The staff is always changing because they are treated poorly and paid poorly even though tuition is always increasing. Since leaving my son has not had even one instance at the new childcare. They also admitted that they had a problem employee and got rid of her, but only after I brought it to their attention how I saw her handling the little kids, they then admitted I was NOT the first complaint on this employee and they even said "She is not made to work with children" but still did not get rid of her until I made a big deal about it. Bottom line if you go here your child is just a check in their pocket and nothing else.

My daughter attended Wonderyears at the Derry location since she was just 12 weeks old and now off to kindergarten. Their entire staff is kind, professional and kept my child safe. I never had to worry. My daughter learned so much during her time there and I praise them for there hard work and effort they put in each and everyday. The owners/ directors are extremely informative and by chance there are any issues that come up they take care of it right away. There communication with the parents is outstanding. They truly care about each each every child in their program. I highly recommend wonderyears to any parent looking for care for their child. They will be missed so much.

Wonder Years is amazing! We had a horrific experience at a previous day care before coming here. My daughter has been here in two different classrooms infant to toddler and all of the teachers have been thoughtful, caring and kind. Yes, things happen as they are children but I have always been informed if she fell or had a tough day immediately. The directors are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

My just turned 4 yo grand daughter is struggling with potty training, on their web sight it states that they can help assist with children still potty training. I sent my grand daughter for one day and was asked to pick her up early because she would not stop crying during quiet time, I had no problem getting her as she has never been a nap taking kid. As I was trying to get my grand daughter ready for day care for her second day she started freaking out and screaming she did not want to go back there, after getting her calmed down enough to talk she told us the kids are mean to her calling her names making her feel bad. via not wanting to be left in quiet time alone with the kids? Well kids will be kids and adults make sure they knock it off right? Wrong!! not at this place, they encourage it and even laugh at the situation when you the guardian bring it to there attention like the nasty little ------- that answered the phone this morning.
