I regret to say that my experience with this tax office was far from satisfactory. Despite the high prices they charged, the service was unprofessional and not up to par. It was disappointing to receive such poor value for the money spent. Furthermore, when I tried to provide feedback by calling their office, I was met with rudeness and offensive behavior from the owner. This lack of professionalism was deeply disheartening and not what I expected from a service provider. I would caution anyone considering using this tax office to explore other options. There are likely better choices available that offer both better service, a more respectful attitude towards clients, and better pricing.
