        So no one works there 3 of 4 atms don't work and the on that does stole $300 dollars from me and after an hour and half of my time i was finally able to get a hole of someone on the phone because no one is ever at the actually bank only to get told i have to wait to get my money

        Bank is closed. Drive through is closed. 1 ATM open and have to wait in line to use it. I have a Merrill account I'd prefer to meet in person but have to talk about banking information over a video conference. What an inconvenience.

        No branches ooen near me and ATMs not working. Nobody to call and hold times for customer service over an hour. Then they disconnected me. I no longer recommend Bank of America. They say longer than usual wait times which means they are not paying staff to take care of their customers.
