    I agree very poor service for cpap supplies. Was told by lincare supply on phone that I needed to go into store to actually get fitted this was after them changing my home store from ma to the conway location(maybe i should of just driven the distance probably would of got my mask the same day) so it was closer. Drive the hour there to be not greeted i mean i actually rang the bell cause the front looked dead and all the time she was sitting at the desk in the corner. So she says so and so will be with me. The other lady comes out and she was confused why they told me to drive there to pick up the mask cause there was already a size in the system. I'm like nope it was a guess cause that's the size i wear in the other and she said it would be easier to come in and get measured so i get the right size. She says oh okay that makes sense. But i see she had the guy version of the style i want and the whole reason i am wanting to change is because the strap thing i have now fits so crappy and this one is specific to females. So she says the mask itself is the same it's just the headgear that is different so we try it and of course headgear is to big. So she says she will order me one in the female version but it will take 7-10 days for delivery. So finally get it today take the box out of the ups box and guess what it's the frickin male version. Call the office to be greeted by the ever so customer friendly Lynn (insert sarcasm) who proceeds to tell me i need to call the 800 number. After asking if the right mask was ordered to begin with, her reply oh id have to get into your account hold on like I'm puting her out. She says what model did you get i tell her she says oh they shipped you the wrong thing call the 800 number. So after waiting 10 min finally speak with someone to be told oh we can't do that here it was ordered at the local facility they have to do it. I'm like seriously she told me I had to call 800 number nope we can't do anything with orders done through local facility. So I call Lynn back inform her the 800 number says you have to do return since you ordered it. I get oh well then, I can't do anything till I have product in hand. So now I am guessing I will have to wait another 8 days for my mask. Freaking ridiculous.

    Went in looking for a toilet hat (long story about a stubborn and very sick dog and bad well water). When I explained why I needed it they gave me a commode insert and wished me luck with the sick doggie. Nice people who are kind and helpful!
