        Had a very personal matter to handle in regards to a near and dear death of a loved one and was able to be helped with patience and compassion by the asst. bank manger Jamie in this matter and offered help with a smile and condolences! Great experience for such a sad matter. Proud to be a bank member there! -conway branch

        I was made to wait 30 minutes for an interview I was on time for. Then got kept there for another 90 minutes when I kept trying to leave for another appointment. Only to not hear from them for an entire week about the status of my interview. Extremely unprofessional and Ill never consider working for a bank again. Beware that bankers need to meet sales goals!

        Jaime greeted us as soon as we walked in as well as everyone else with a big smile. The branch was steady and she still made a point to greet everyone. Awesome!
