If you are fighting for disability see this woman. No-nonsense and tells it like it is. No guarantees how it will turn out but at least I know I was properly represented.

Rude and uninformed. I attended an office visit with this attorney several years ago. I wanted to examine my options and ask a few questions regarding disability eligibility. In the course of our conversation I explained about the podiatrist who performed a major reconstruction on one of my feet which left me in a wheelchair for a month and out of work for three months. I explained that the surgeon stated that the foot surgery may not resolve the issue, that the foot condition might return (it did). Incredibly, this attorney actually scoffed at what I said, even though I was repeating the words of the surgeon verbatim. Her exact words were "Well, I never heard of that!", in a very condescending tone.Following this, I had a work injury on the same leg requiring knee surgery, possible knee replacement. I had been out of work for a year, my employers' insurance payments were minuscule, and had already ceased. Following this explanation, this attorney stated that just because I had a "boo boo" (her words), there was no reason I couldn't find gainful employment.I had sought this person's counsel because of the possibility of not being able to find work commensurate with my forty one years of work experience, which at the time was almost certainly a longer employment history than hers. I was honest and forthright in my explanations. She was rude, condescending and apparently uninformed regarding basic surgical procedures. She was dismissive and ended the interview abruptly.I had never been treated so rudely by anyone, in any profession or walk of life. Don't presume that it's just because she's a lawyer, and that all lawyers behave this way. My father was a lawyer, and he had never conducted himself in such an unprofessional manner in his entire career. If you're seeking legal counsel regarding disability, save yourself some time and misery and look elsewhere.
