I have always held a very high regard for Tarkka Homes. Their attention to detail and patience reaching it is a staple of building for them. Again, I have seen every type of builder you can imagine. I have always said if I were to contract my personal home, be it a new home or custom addition, Tarkka Homes would be at the very top of my list.

Five stars isnt a high enough score to describe our experience working with Tricia and Matt at Tarkka Homes! When we decided to buy land in 2021, we met with a few builders who left us feeling uneasy and unsure of what to do. We had seen and admired several Tarkka homes in our town, and from the first day we met, we were certain Tricia and Matt were the right choice. They brainstormed with us and recommended a talented architect who very quickly turned our wish list into a fantastic design, and then created a contract that was detailed and fair, and took care of every detail for the build. Matt is such a skilled craftsman! He took our vision and executed it with the highest level of care and precision - hes even more detail-oriented than we are as two engineers. He worked with all of his subcontractors to build our dream home, despite a few hiccups along the way, like unexpected levels of granite ledge that took more time and money than anyone expected, as well as mid-pandemic supply chain issues and sub staffing challenges. When there were questions on site. Matt was always there to explain what the issue was and what the options were. Its no joke that building a home takes about a million decisions! Tricia was always available to answer questions or offer advice. She made it easy to set up and manage the financial side of the project, which was no small task. From the start, and even now after weve moved in, shes made us truly feel like part of the Tarkka family, and we are profoundly grateful! Their attention to detail is second to none . We Have used them for over 20 years. Tarkka is our go to GC ! Matt and Tricia carry on the legacy that Paul started many years ago .
