I have worked in the production industry for 15+ years and have had several tech issues. TechToucab Solutions was by far the most helpful and professional tech support Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast, reliable, and stayed in constant contact with me as they worked through possible solutions. They made the process easy and offered multiple solutions and resources to get the job done. This guys are terrific. My HP laptop from 2004 wasn't running due to some issues with fan (according to computer). The computer would turn on, but then shut off within 15 sec. Honorius came to pick up the laptop the same day I request to have it serviced. Ryan Frasier (the technician) fixed it, and Honorius again dropped it at my door step the next very day. The customer service, quality of work and pricing are all A+. I highly recommend TechToucan Solutions.

Great communication, phenomenal work done despite the complications presented. I appreciated their help A lot, as a college student I am very glad I trusted them with my laptop.
