Great company I have used them many times on my construction projects, always on time self sufficient, clean and very polite to the customers. Exceeded expectations for my tub and shower tile walls. All of the chips and stains on my tub and tile were covered up and it now looks completely new. They also took care of my floors to make sure they were kept safe and clean during their work. Would use again.

Called and told them that the finish looked great, but there were drips in the corner of the tub. Told them no big deal. Had every intention of paying them, and accepted terms to pay full and have them come back. Michelle then called me back and accused me of interfering with the painting process as per the worker. never visited the worker during process. Michelle then told me that i was a problem customer, and did not want to hear anything i had to say about the end performance of the worker, or the process of the job. I tried to let her know that was happy with the finish and that the drips were no big deal, BUT she HUNG UP on me..... Shortly after Michelle hung up on me over the phone, the worker had installed caulking, which i did not want them to do as per contract, and did a very poor and sloppy job, trying to cover over the drips..... Because of this sudden turn of events, i decided to withhold payment until repairs were made.... This company kept blaming me for all their short comings, and were abusive over the phone, and had no problem calling me names. Michelle called me to make an appt for "drip repair", i asked why she hung up on me, and said that i was a problem job, and she is losing money out of her own pocket, and accuse me of having no intention of paying, which is absolutely false, because i originally agreed to hand over the check, even though repairs were needed. she told me that i will just have to deal with her boss, then of course, hung up on me again. I have absolutely no problem if mistakes are made, thats just life.... fix it and move on... no problem... However, I do have a problem when i get abruptly hung up on, and abusively accused of doing things that i did not do, or even happen... so if your a gluten for abuse, bad manner, and no civil liberties, along with poor job performance, then this is the company for you... good luck Obviously i will never work with them again.
