Melissa is amazing to work with! My husband and I had listed our home 3 summers in a row with very little showings. We listed with Melissa and we were under contract in 5 days! She also assisted us with buying a house that wasn't even on the market! She is a breath of fresh air! She kept us informed of everything we needed to know through out the process. I was so impressed with Melissa Queen! She helped us buy an amazing home in Manchester NH. The real estate market right now is crazy - homes selling in a matter of hours with multiple offers. Melissa was able to help us get a home under contract well UNDER the listing price, and even got the sellers to make some repairs for us - her negotiating skills are fantastic. She is professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable and all around a lovely person! She and her team kept us on track with all the dates and details. Melissa worked with me and my wife for months while we tried to find a house to buy. We also needed to sell our house in another state. Due to the down market, we weren't getting much interest. Additionally, the house wasn't in the greatest condition, but Melissa was able to put us in touch with a realtor that helped us to sell our house. Eventually, we found a house to buy, but shortly before close, we got bad news that there was a problem with the title. Melissa kept in contact with the sellers to make sure everything would go through so we could buy the house. After 4 months of looking and stressing, we finally moved in at the beginning of the year. I am thankful for Melissa helping us through this tough time and will definitely be using her expertise if we ever need to buy/sell any more property.
