        Pierce Management Group (PMG) does an awesome job managing my rental property for me. For a relatively small amount of money, they take care of everything for me from property maintenance to dealing with the local or state issues. They have access to much more resources than I. Example. I wanted to have new flooring installed in the kitchens, I gave PGM a call. They took care of finding a good reputable contractor, and arranging install with the tenants. All I had to do was say that I wanted it done and they took care of everything else. They have been managing my property since 2019.

        Ive been a customer since 2016 and wouldnt think of having anyone else manage my properties. They make everything easy and provide peace of mind. As a guy working two jobs it wouldnt be possible to have the life style I do, without the services of pierce management. Cant recommend them enough.
