Acute Injury Clinic at Concord Orthopaedics

Ive waited 2 HOURS just for someone to answer my call and simply within 2 HOURS youre telling me not 1 person can answer my call? I need to schedule an MRI for my shoulder and that appointment keeps getting prolonged simply because no one can answer a phone call. Its 30 mins to drive just to the place and I dont want to keep driving back and forth if nothing is going to get done to help benefit my health and well being. I remember when I last scheduled my MRI appointment, I came in just under 10 mins late and the lady completely denied me after it had taken me 3 months just to ARRANGE the appointment because of my circumstances. She also told me that in order to do the MRI, the doctor had to be present. When asked if the doctor was currently present in the Concord location, she proceeded to tell me that the Doctor was in New London for the day. So had I been 10 mins early to when I arrived, what was going to happen then? Were they going to go through with the MRI without the doctor or tell me that the doctor wasnt there and send me home? Overall terrible experience here and dont recommend for anyone who is in need of serious care or have careers depending on treatment and recovering, such as sports, hard labor jobs, etc. I usually never write reviews but I feel like this needs to be seen. Outrageous.

Dr. Ma got to the basics of my pain in hips & back problems faster than anyone in CO, and did an injection into my spine that has me on the way back to normalcy. My tremendous appreciation for his treatment.
