BBB Serving New Hampshire

Many people mistakenly think that the BBB is there to help them if there's an issue with a BBB member. On the contrary, they are there to serve their members (i.e. the ones who pay them for membership). So they would rather defend their member than defend you. That doesn't mean it is futile to ask them for help, but you just need to go-in to it knowing these facts. Get an ironclad case with pictures, etc... Don't give them any excused to blow you off, which they will for sure if they can.... IF you give them a good case they have no choice.

Port inn Portsmouth NH Overpriced totally misleading online description not just off I95 not close to downtown no breakfast till 8 is no breakfast for many. Phone never answered $25 pet fee room with 2 doubles lacks space. Sub standard motel not an inn. FALSE photos of beds online. AVOID

They seem to really pride themselves on businesses doing the right thing.They are very easy to work with.

Have made reports n nothing has happened.especially ruining vehicles then illegally inspecting them.luvkins auto in Whitefield.n never reported my vehicle being hit n letting it leave inspected.n ruined.8.900.down the drain.never fixed psi fuel pressure n never undercoated.800.00.put paint junk around truck n ate the paint n metal n rockers.n told me I auto do crack.very rude at last day.but know he was bashing in my truck after he would drop me off at home.my truck hasn't been inspectable since I bought it.but now has front end problems big time.was makeing noise the day I brought it home n backed it in yard.driver tire was touching mudflap I found out.i was to scared to drive it n still em.did have Vons check the psi n it still was 77 instead of 44.so he didn't fix it.n I got oil change n guy told me it wasnt undercoated n took a picture for me.t.j auto.so was robbed n ruined my truck I just bought.so 9.000 down the toilet.n he put verbal restraining order on me so he could get away with what he did.just cause he owns businesses in Whitefield n likes crack.i will never try nor need to go to any of his businesses.n should of never inspected my truck.n should of called when it got hit.but I made report n it didn't matter.explotation on disabled woman.n abusive.rude n lier.

Thank you BBB. Your institution seems to hold a very high rating in the business world. When I was wronged by a business, after much grievance, I decided to use yor platform to air it out. Once that was done, the matter was resolved swiftly. Your customer service and ability to treat each matter in such a prompt and efficient manner is amazing. Please keep up the good work. We the public need such a service as this.
