I started working with Meghan three days before a financial commitment was due to buy our first home. Things didnt work out with our previous lender, but Meghan stepped up for us. Not only was she friendly and professional, we felt like we were in really capable hands. Her and her team worked diligently at all hours and managed to finish it all in time for our close with no delays. Meghan Merrill came highly recommended to us from a few friends, so our expectations were high. Meghan and her team exceeded those expectations and made our loan approval/home buying process seamless and stress free. Meghan was amazing to work with. I am actually very intense and I have a lot of questions and require a lot of attention..she was always there and very quick to help me and never judged me . She took all of my concerns seriously. She had plan A through Z thoroughly thought out at my request because I tend to think the worst of everything. We needed extra assistance with our home because of a serious problem and she went above and beyond to make the sale possible..i am sure any other company would have just gotten tired of it and said forget it..but she was professional and tenacious and made it happen..our dream home is a reality because of her and this wonderful company..thank you again .
