Kathryn was a gem! She worked so hard for us in looking for a house to buy, including early mornings and late nights. Her communication was incredible and she really helped advocate for me and was an excellent guide along my first home buying experience. We even had a quick closing but she orchestrated everything seamlessly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using Kathryn when we buy/sell again!

Kathryn was easy to work with. We had to sell our house during a difficult time. She was professional, responsive, compassionate and supported us in every step. I highly suggest Kathryn and Terry as they are an excellent team. I been working with Kathryn for about 2 months to sell my condo and buy a house. She is a proactive and responsive realtor who is also charismatic and great at listening to important details. Terry did an excellent job with the photos that without a doubt generated a frenzie! (I was also considering putting a bid. Lol.) Kathryn was at the open house and she made sure to add a personal touch. I haven't found my dream home yet. But she has gone above an beyond - and I know that with her help, I will find it.
