Their client Robert Emery of Thomaaton is a known drunk driver, on my way to work at 5am one morning a commercial dump truck was tailgating me down a small 25mph street in thomaston, upset at the fact I was going 25mph, at the light I turned right and when I slowed down to turn he slammed into my truck with his commercial dump truck causing me to go off the road and destroyed my tire, luckily as he took off going 60+mph I was able to catch him tog etc a pic of his plate and it took the cops a month to find him, he has several criminal driving charges and has lost his license due to them, I had to get a tow truck to tow me to work and get a rental so I could get to and from work and the mechanic shop couldn't fit me in for 2 days, I had to pay for the tow myself, pay for the 2 back tires to be replaced because you cannot replace just one tire, missed 4 hours of work. They sent out an adjustors who refused to meet me on my time so I didn't loose anymore time off work, being January the truck was covered in Mudd and he didn't bother cleaning it off, there's damage done to my back up sensors which he can't see without the truck being on, and he completely missed the damage done to my bumper because he didn't bother clean it off or meet me on my time to see all the damage done, I have not only have surveillance of the accident I have surveillance of my truck coming into work on a tow and proof of my missed time fron work due to this accident. This company is refusing to pay for both tires being replaced due to this accident, refusing to pay for the tow or rental and the adjustor refused to meet me so he could see all the damages done!!!!! Luckily I have a great lawyer who says we need to take the insurance company to court! Not even a month after my accident with this guy, he was driving a smaller sized dump truck drunk and smashed into a bunch of vehicles and again took off! Took the cops a month to find this guy from my accident! Luckily the gas station next to these vehicles he smashed into has all of it on camera!!! So is my accident that was dome at a traffic light! This man has several criminal driving charges and this company is refusing to pay for damages done their client caused! So this company is going to have to deal with my lawyer!!! Don't mess around with this low life insurance companies who refuse to pay for damages their dangerous clients make!!! Hope you're ready for court concord!!!!! Do not deal with this company and hopefully you never get hit by someone insured by this company! Im thinking they're one of those low life companies that'll insure anyone since this guy in the last 2 years have over 5 criminal charges for driving without a license and drunk driving! Luckily I know people in this community who know him!!!!! And know exactly the kind of low life he is!!!!! Stay far far away from the emery family!!! I will say that the cops ended up contacting his father because they could not find him and his father brought him in to the police station! ROBERT EMERY yall!!! This dude should be in prison!!!! And this insurance company as well! Here are pictures of his dump truck and damages done by him!!!!
