        I was referred to Ernie by my very close friends. He was in my home for 20-25 minutes to switch a wax seal on my toilet and charged me $250. When I called the next day that my toilet wouldnt flush and the water level was low. he argued that it was nothing he did. He finally offered to come back, but by then, I was done. I was nervous he would charge me again.
