They can only see you for 30 minutes because they need more time to spend with the immigrants who don't wanna learn how to speak english.

They didn't send a referral to a specialist for my skin condition, now I can't back bill and have to pay out of pocket. Incompetent people do not come here!

Every time I go there with a problem where I need a prescription medication we're all other hope has been lost I go to my doctor for a medicine that she can provide me with some help temporarily till we find the root cause or some help for the situation when is clearly known what the situation is every time I've been to this doctor's office I have never gotten a prescription medicine I have been told well the pain won't kill you or we don't give medicine out for menopause or the rash and the burning and the pain will go away eventually I never get help I am on for medication all my medications are outsourced by two different doctors offices and this is not the one where I get meds from or ever been prescribed I have had meds transferred over and a lot of them they won't prescribe and the two that they do prescribe our are non-narcotic medication and they have a problem calling those two medications in one is a laxative for severe IBS with constipation the second is a muscle relaxer four muscles due to a car accident be an injected out of a car my pain medicine my menopause medicine segments anxiety meds I have to go see other doctors they won't even give me medication for menopause they don't give you testosterone progesterone this place is so horrible if you go there and you are in need of something you better pray that they'll give you something you're better off just going into the emergency room and you be quicker and more likely to get a medication

I have one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had in my 50 years of life, and I have lived in multiple different states and had many many doctors, and this guy is one of the best I have ever encountered. He actually thinks things through rather than going down a checklist applied to everyone even though we are all different, I have a tough chronic illness and he took the time to read some studies to see if he could help me with something. Yall better not give him Covid because if anything happens to him Im coming for you. Wear a mask. And while I understand your experience with this clinic would depend on who you see, Ive seen multiple different providers here and they have all been fantastic. ALL OF THEM. They arent afraid to tell you that they have to look into it more or that they would like to bring someone else in to get another opinion if necessary. I would have given them five stars but their telephone system is absolutely awful. It changed at some point in 2020 or 2021 and I find it hard to believe they pay money for that thing but have no ability to turn the hold music down. Why would they pay for such an inferior product? They did recently make an improvement so you dont have to sit on hold being destroyed by the screaming music, so I appreciate that but I dont understand why they dont demand better from the provider of the phone system. Also, you guys, its not your PCPs fault if they send a referral and the specialist cant see you for a year. We are in the fourth year of a mass disabling event and people continue to self harm for brunch and shopping. I was referred to a neurologist in February by this clinic. In April I called Neurology to make sure they had it. They did, they were just still trying to book people who were referred in 2022. Its currently August and they have still not called me for an appointment. Because Covid causes brain damage, many people who have had Covid need the neurologist. This is not some thing that PCPs are doing wrong, this is what happens when we spread unchecked disease for 4 years without a break. If you are complaining that you cant get medical care because everyone is too busy, but you refuse to wear a mask or stay home when youre sick, this is on you.
