I have nothing but great things to say! After months and months of agony and pain, with no one taking me seriously or caring, Gentle Dental took me in the same day that I called, and got me into an oral surgeon by the next day for extractions, where all other places had a wait list for months! The relief I felt that I was finally taken seriously and cared about! Each employee I spoke with were all so friendly, caring, and personable. I would recommend to anyone! Thank you all!

I have been a patient of this office for a little over a year. Christie is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She is pleasant, personable, professional, and thorough, yet gentle. She really knows her profession inside and out and is passionate about the work she does. I would follow her anywhere!
On my first appointment, Dr. Persha took such time and care to go over my X-rays provide excellent patient education on tooth anatomy, especially the particulars of my impacted wisdom teeth. I was very impressed by his level of expertise, patience, polished professional appearance, and individualized treatment I received. He's one of the best dentists I've ever had the pleasure to meet. At my latest appointment, I was informed that Dr. P opened up his own private practice in Bedford, and I wish him congratulations and good luck! His gain is definitely our loss.
The new dentist, Dr. R, was friendly and did an adequate, if cursory, inspection of my teeth following the cleaning. He is, however, a stark comparison to Dr. P. He did not take any extra time for patient education, did not individualize his care in any measurable way, and presented a rather unkempt appearance, which surprised me given his line of work. I work in healthcare, and it is an almost-universal standard that medical professionals present a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance to uphold a respectable level of professionalism and build confidence in the patients who receive your care.
If it weren't for the amazing Christie, I would be going to Dr. Persha's new practice in a heartbeat. I wish him all the best.
