BEWARE!
I had 2 teeth # 8 & 10 backing reinforced, to prevent bottom chipping. Dr Adam and associates did the procedure for $578.00 out of pocket, which took less than 10 minutes. During procedure they were more interested in discussion with associate about personal activities.
At less than a month I kept noticing crunch in food which I later realized was the backing from both teeth which had completely disappeared after big piece fell out. Now out of STATE for the Winter.
I called and got no response other than come back. After explaining that I was out of state for several months. And needed to go to another dentist.
Which I did, and happened to be a dentist that taught that dental procedures.
It was explained to me how the procedure had not been performed properly. I contacted caring family dentist Eric, and asked for a refund and got nowhere. Even after providing them with a paid bill receipt for # 8 & 10 redo. Now cost of over one- thousand for a simple procedure. With no refund and no cooperation from them whatsoever.
Iam not the type that complains, but this is about principles. Faulty work and not stepping up to the plate to admit.
Shameful.

Really kind and patient people combined with all the latest tools and technology. Best and fastest cleaning experience ever with a sonic system which means no more of that awful scraping with metal tools. Only dentist ever to offer a new solution to a long-term problem, plus tell me about services my insurance plan would cover, also never mentioned by previous dentist. Amazingly wonderful experience. Who ever thought they would say that about a dental appointment?

I can't give enough praise to Caring Family Dentistry. I have always had terrible dental anxiety and upon moving to the Concord area over 10 years ago; I needed to find a new dentist. I made the perfect choice for me. They provide options for the uncomfortable patient to help you put you more at ease. My care has been amazing. They are truly professional and caring. I would highly recommend them!
