Casey. You ignored our policies, didn't read our email, sent a series of harassing messages, then accused us of stealing your items. The store's policies are spelled out in clear language on the website and we adhere to them always, regardless of whether you were expecting something else to happen. This happened 9 months ago, Casey. We wish you the best, but you need to move on. We love operating on consignment here at LDR, but it frustrates us when people choose to lie on the internet because they're mad about something or other. LDR is not responsible for the hurt feelings of consignors who choose not to inform themselves of our policies.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your experience consigning with us. We were not interested in selling the items you brought in, plain and simple. There is no obligation on our part to accept anything from consignors for any reason. We followed all of the policies and procedures that were listed on our website. You are welcome to your opinion, and I'm sure this review will help inform others who may not want to wait the allotted time for processing to know they should look elsewhere, as we process each drop off in the order it is received and do not stray from that process for any individual in order to keep it fair to all who drop off. We hope you have good luck at another consignment store.

Nancy, I don't typically reply to unhappy consignors who leave reviews, but I need to clarify this. I told you specifically that LDR would *not* be accepting your items, and that they would not be put out for sale. Then you accused us of "pretending" to sell your items, when we did not. You then sent an email swearing at me and then threatened to do exactly this, leave a bad review. When I explained the misunderstanding to you, you sent more emails calling me names (including calling me the c-word...?! I mean honestly.) This is unacceptable behavior and I told you that you weren't allowed to consign with us or shop in the store any longer. I wish you had taken the time to truly understand the situation before you started the name calling and swearing, but LDR absolutely will not allow anyone who acts like you in our shop in order to protect ourselves and our customers.
