Paul's a really great trainer. I'm a disabled veteran 65 plus and have some med issues. He worked with me and helped build my self esteem , and he taught me a lot in a short period of time. I had too stop hopefully just temporarily because I got sinus trouble and covid. The affects of covid has been difficult me getting my energy and wind like it was. I hope to really continue when I feel better.

I've been at Averill's for a bit over 3 years now and I can't say enough to describe how great it has been. First off, the instruction and attention to detail that every student receives, no matter what skill level, is second to none. This school will give you useful tools and confidence, all while getting a great workout! We work hard but it's a good atmosphere with good people. Whether you want to fight, train or just workout with a great group, I would highly recommend Averill's to anyone of any age to come in and experience the fun for themselves!
